Marc E. Fleischman brings almost 30 years of diverse legal and business experience to this new, boutique practice. A 1980 Law Review graduate of the Pace University Law School of Law in White Plains, New York, he began his professional career with the New York Law Firm of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine. He became a partner of the firm, resident in its Los Angeles office in 1989, specializing in corporate, real estate, commercial, finance and transactional matters.
Mr. Fleischman joined the international minerals company, World Minerals Inc., as its General Counsel and corporate Secretary in 1991, rising to the level of Executive Vice President. While at World Minerals, Mr. Fleischman oversaw all legal aspects of the company's business, including its expansion into new markets in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. He successfully completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School in 2000.
